Everyone can use a little support and guidance sometimes. There’s always more to learn. What’s the next step? How do you get there? 

We believe that each client already has most of what they need to be successful. Those we engage with currently are. The work is to uncover the wisdom that’s already there.

For over 25 years, we’ve guided people through various processes of discovery, learning and growth. From individual contributors to mid-level managers, senior leaders to senior executives, much of the process is the same even when the details vary. In my work as a consultant, trainer/facilitator and executive coach I work with leaders, teams and
organizations on values, leadership and culture - the integration of which I see as the three drivers of success.

Tim is currently enrolled in an accredited Psychosynthesis coaching certification program.
